Erica Fitzgerald, MSN, PMHNP-BC

About me: As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I offer compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals ages 14 and older. My academic background includes a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University, with minors in Chemistry and Philosophy, followed by an accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Linfield University. I later completed a Master of Science in Nursing at East Tennessee State University.

My professional background includes strong clinical experience in a variety of mental healthcare settings across Oregon. A thoughtful and collaborative approach guides my work, with a focus on developing individualized care plans that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and lifestyle optimization.

Central to my treatment philosophy is a holistic perspective, including careful review of laboratory data and physical health factors that may contribute to psychiatric symptoms. Identifying and addressing underlying medical conditions is a priority in my practice.

Creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard and respected is fundamental to my work. Each visit is designed to be both productive and supportive, with an emphasis on trust, empathy, and meaningful progress.

Care is offered both in-person and through a secure telehealth platform, providing convenient access to treatment.

Erica is currently in network with OHP OpenCard, and is in the process of credentialing with many insurance panels.
