Elizabeth Frost-Williams, DNP, PMHNP
About me: As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, my scope of practice includes psychiatric assessments, mental health support, and medication management. I work primarily with adolescents and adults. My care philosophy is grounded in evidence-based practice and a strong therapeutic relationship that allows for collaborative decision-making with each client. I use a holistic approach to understand mental health that includes both the needs of the individual and the systemic structures that impact each person. I strive to create a space of psychological safety that honors and affirms your identities, including cultural, queer, and neurodivergent identities. I consider medication to be just one tool in effective, multifaceted mental health support, and most of my clients see also see a therapist for more structured therapy.
I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing as an RN from OHSU in 2020, and my Doctorate of Nursing Practice from OHSU in 2025. My experience includes working in inpatient and outpatient settings. I have worked with a variety of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, trauma, adjustment disorders, and psychosis. Please note that I cannot provide official autism spectrum diagnoses, but can refer out for assessment as we continue our work together.
Elizabeth is the processing of credentialing with insurance companies and will begin seeing clients in early 2026
